I watched Down Under the Tuscan Sun yesterday and it a really feel good movie..just like BIg Fish but still different..
Fefe(this name is becoming to me) says that no matter what happens, one must always keep their childish innocence. And always take all your bad ideas, work on one and turn it into a genius. Actually the main character Francesa used to believe that but when got caught up with a divocre yep, everything went bleak... hmz but her theory of taking up bad ideas was to use in books.. Fefe thru Katherine(well Katherine was the one of said all the Fefe stuff cos I think he had died) managed to subconciously influence Francesa..
Her frens set her up to go on a gay trip to Tuscanny in Italy! Wow! I never knew Italy was so cool! I don't mind living there! =) and yes, on the impulse she buys this dipilated quaint and 300 yr old house which just exudes warmth and beauty. It is Bramasole! And the way she got it is funny.. one must always look out for signs. Hence, given Italy's strong Catholic faith, signz still play a part. And she learns something new each day. She goes about cleaning the hse and yes, hahah in one of their storms, her washing machine got electocuted... 0.0! It was funny but nevertheless, she was still very miserable. She was wallowing.. and that is despite the fact she just bought a house in Italy coming from San Francisco, she just got divorced, her writing of books has been permanently shelved... okay she does still deserve to be sad given all the misfortunes that had befallen her..but she deluded herself into thinking she was happy with just one simple step of buying a house on impulse..
Which I don't think is a bad idea. Cos she is free! Now thats what I call free! without having to worry about schedules, dates, exams blah b;ah, parents, siblings, wadeva.. I wanna do that! One day I'm just going to disappear into the face of the earth where you can't contact me and after ow many months you will get a call from me... sweet! I don't mind being a farmer.. as long as I'm with nature.. and being a writer ah what bliss! Let the world go busy itself with its turmoils... trying to amend what they have spoilt..doing stupid community services etc.. yes, I wanna be somewhere where the tendrils of the world cannot reach me.. far from this stupid raved money-making fame-grabbing world where you have to reach the top before you are 38 or bye bye loser.. crawl in the debris where the fallen slime.. right.. and are you going to fault me with words Nah Victoria you are disillusioning yourself you know... you are just to SCARED to get out there and work? haha! Nopz, YOU are to scared not to follow Society for you have pledged to CONFORM.. and yep, YOU are too SCARED to HAVE the WORLD LAUGHING at you!
And I think what she wanted most was to have a guy back in her life... yep, strange isn't it how much we crave for the opposite gender to piece our lives together.. strange little humans we are... and yeah, when she meets a hot Italian guy.. yeah the scene literally fizzles and shes trying to take risks..with him...but when ever she wants to meet him..something crops up..either with him or her.. so yeah when she pays him a surprise visit..hes got another girl..hmz.. and yeah he said I did come after you.. i did but we always had something up that we couldn't meet.. theres someone out there for you Francesa... we are not meant to be. Well, that might be some truth in that cos Fate will let us be together.. while.. Francesa says You didn't wait..now this proves to be a dilema everything shuld happen for a reason but when do we wait or not?.. but yeah Love is an elusive winged creature.. so well, yeah everything happens for a reason... I believe that fully.. and thats all I can say for that matter.. to wait or not? That is the question..
I'm turning too difficult for my own good.. seriously.. too difficult.. I'm like.. sometimes I think.. I'm too idealistic.. sighz.. Childish innocence.. don't grow up too fast... don't grow up at all...
Haha! I met cheong yang yesterday while buying snacks at snack stall and I imprudently called him K.O.a.. haha which he responded with that RUSSELL!.. yeah anyway he says I play pretty good for a girl yep yep! Then later in council room I was talking to mak.. sighz.. yeah well we had some interesting convos.. sometimes being frens when theres no politics is great.. and when theres no discrimination..and when theres no emotional stuff involved..yeah then he said I think a girl playing soccer is cool.. yeah anyway we had some cool talks abt songs we listen to, hmz, ambitions, NS, army, Airforce..yeah. And I've being teasing Neo with gimme a Neo manz.. haha!
And I shuld think my whole class knows abt Russell... emerson.. yeah all becos of the compre passage we did on Bertrand Russell of having more time..Kwan-terry was like always use the last name for this case Russell.. some of you all used Bertrand and thats too intimate.. as what the demi-gods in my class will say:""BERTRAND YOUR FREN AH?" yeah... so she said somehting abt so must use Russell.. yeah this this this becos Russell says so.. then Roy picked it up saying yeah becos Russell said so.. Right Victoria?.. I was sitting by myself and was actually stoning.. hahah I was embarrassed.. then the St Nicks girl picked up by saying Right Victoria.. hahaha then Kwan-terry( she knows abt it anyway) says why are you all looking at Victoria.. I just gave a yelp before Adeline tapped my chair from behind and says now she knows why.. hahah sorry la..my class is realli WOLS! Not sure if Kelvin or Yong Kiat said anything but ROy was damn loud!!!!! But hahah its all for laughs..
