‘Hear Ye Hear Ye! All documents for the attention of Her Most Honourable Lady, Ms Sherayne Fong, are to be placed in the safety of this file, starting from this date of 3 Feb 2005. All these commands are to be strictly adhered to and should not be taken lightly for His Lordship hath himself dictated this decree.’
